A Lubbock grand jury Tuesday, Feb. 11, indicted a 24-year-old Lubbock man for robbery.
David Paul Reazola was arrested Jan. 22 in connection with a robbery two days earlier at the Rip Griffin convenience store at 4257 34th St.
Reazola was being held at the Lubbock County Detention Center on a second degree-felony charge of robbery.
His bond was set at $50,000, according to jail records.
Investigators believe Reazola stole an undisclosed number of items from the store, according to Lubbock police Sgt. Jason Lewis.
A Lubbock grand jury indicted a Slaton man Tuesday, Feb. 11, on charges of indecency with a child.
Jeremy Caldwell, 33, was being held at the Lubbock County Detention Center on a second-degree felony charge of indecency with a child-sex contact. His bond was set at $100,000, according to jail records.
Caldwell is accused of inappropriately touching an 8-year-old girl.
A report was filed Nov. 26 with the Lubbock Police Department that Caldwell reportedly touched the girl at a Lubbock residence.
